When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, telephone number, and (if you provide it) your company name, together with the answers you give in the form, such as your business type, the product categories you are interested in, and your expected order volume.

Our inquiries are collected through lead forms provided on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms). When you submit such a form, the information you entered is made available to us so that we can respond to your inquiry.

4. Why we collect it

We use your information primarily for business-to-business inquiry and customer communication purposes: to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and send quotations, to discuss product specifications, samples and production for OEM / ODM projects, and to continue the business communication you asked us to start.

After you submit an inquiry, we may contact you through the channel you used or the details you provided:

We keep inquiry information for 24 months after the last substantive business interaction.
