About QiFu Jewellery

QiFu Jewellery is the brand of Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Guangzhou, China on 20 January 2022. All sales, customer relationships, quotations and contracts are handled by Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd.

Two timelines, kept separate

• Legal entity — Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd.: incorporated in Guangzhou, China on 20 January 2022.

• Business roots — the pearl jewelry business behind QiFu Jewellery dates back to 1988. This is a heritage timeline, not an incorporation date.

That 1988 heritage is carried forward today through related pearl manufacturing businesses in Guangzhou, including Guangzhou Qifu Pearl Processing Co., Ltd. — a related company of Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd. and a separate legal entity.

QiFu Jewellery works closely with these related businesses to serve jewelry brands, wholesalers, retailers, importers and distributors in international markets.

Certifications, memberships, facilities and other resources held by related businesses belong to those businesses and are not presented as assets of Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd. When we describe our own capabilities, we describe the products and services of Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd.

For clarity: "since 1988", as used by QiFu Jewellery, refers to our roots and heritage in the pearl jewelry business. It does not mean that Guangzhou Qifu Jewelry Co., Ltd. was established, incorporated or founded in 1988.
